Submitting a Project

How do I submit a project?

Very easily. Simply email your documents to us at info@simplyenglish.org.

What happens after I have submitted a project?

After you have submitted your project and made the required payment, we'll begin working on your assignment to make sure it is completed within the agreed time period.

Should you need to contact us for any reason, perhaps for a progress report or to send us additional files, you can call us between 09.00 and 18.00 UK time from Monday to Friday on +44 (0)800 8600 734 or you can send us an email at info@simplyenglish.org.

If we come across any grey areas in your work or need some extra information, we'll send you an email or call you to resolve the matter quickly.

Once your file is ready, we'll send it back to you by email.

If I submit my document for proofreading or editing, what will the final version look like?

Having identified necessary changes, we'll mark them in the document either through Microsoft Track Changes or coloured text. We'll also provide a clean copy with all Tracked Changes accepted and the colouring of amended text removed so that you don't have to do it yourself.

If we have any queries regarding your work, we'll liaise with you directly to resolve these or bring them to your attention by footnotes and comments attached to your text.

What if I want to talk to someone before I submit my document?

Who retains the copyrights for the projects I submit?

You do. All our clients retain sole copyright, ownership and control over all materials submitted by them and any related materials subsequently created or developed by us for their use.

Confidentiality

What if my document is confidential?

All our customers are guaranteed total confidentiality. We promise not to disclose your personal information or private words to anyone without your express approval unless required to do so by law.

We have all signed a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement to this effect which we'll happily share with you on request. If you have an alternative agreement you would prefer us to sign, we'll be happy to discuss this with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal. We will also accept payment by direct bank transfer.

Once you have placed your order and selected your preferred method of payment, we'll approve your project request and direct you to the appropriate payment screen.

If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, we'll provide you with our bank details to make the payment.

We'll begin working on your project as soon as we receive your money in our PayPal or bank account.

Why do I have to pay upfront?

We follow this payment procedure to make sure our relationship with you is fair and unhindered by financial difficulties.

Think of it as paying for your flight before you fly.

You pay for your investment upfront with our guarantee that we will not stop working on your assignment until you're completely satisfied with the result.
